Detox example


-No sweets, no sodas,  no energy drinks , no caffeine,   

-workout 3-4 times a week (YouTube videos , dance class, walking, or gym ) 

-take the stairs at work (no elevators ) 

-drink lots of water , herbal teas, and natural fruit juices 

-avoid dairy as much as possible 

-stay away from fast food & processed food (anything with a  label  ) 

--don’t forget to incorporate beans/nuts  daily ( high in fiber/protein ) 

Week 1 & 2

-only 1 serving of meat a day ( 1 serving is equivalent to the palm of your hand ) 

-must eat 1-3 servings of fruits and 3-5 servings of vegetables daily  . (Stay away from starchy vegetables like corn / potatoes ) 

-oatmeal and eggs (boiled only ) are allowed 

-dressings must be vinaigrette  based 

Sample meal: 

Breakfast -fruit and boiled egg 

Snack- cucumbers , tomatoes, celery , carrots , fruit , nuts , etc 

Lunch - salad with 3-4 veggie toppings with vinegarette dressing 

Dinner -  1 serving of chicken breast with 2 vegetables and side of black beans . 

Week 3 & 4 

-no meat allowed !!! 

-no oatmeal or eggs 

-vegan whole food lifestyle . ( If it didn’t come out the ground don’t eat it) 

-fruits, water and veggies
